Alphadine Dennis’ gets #celebratED for being named Public Relations Officer for The STEM Ambassador Program at Scientific Research Council! The program’s goal is to engage students in career talks, hands-on practical workshops, and mentorship, with more than 70 schools across Jamaica benefitting from working with industry experts and retirees working in STEM fields. She currently serves as the Robotics Coach at Old Harbour High School in Saint Catherine Parish, Jamaica. She is also the author of, "Bringing Science to Life: Using STEAM as a Pedagogical Tool in Science" in the current showcase issue of our flagship journal [Autumn 2026, 3(1), 23-26.] We celebrate her for all the ways she serves students as a STEM champion, and we cheer her on as she expands her influence through this new leadership opportunity!
