Carlene Burton-Bell is the new Director of Community Outreach and Engagement at StartBlue Accelerator University of California San Diego! She also serves as a Program Evaluator for the Southern California Coastal Ocean Observing System and a Research Data Analyst II for the University of California San Diego-Scripps Institute of Oceanography. Carlene also participates in Unlearning Racism in Geoscience and in the Representation and Retention in Geoscience (R2GEO) Project through the University of California San Diego. We are excited for her as she continues to blaze new trails in her career!
