David Wei Dai is thrilled to share that “Digitally Empowered Assessment of Interactional Competence in a Second Language” has been accepted for the 2026 special issue of Language Learning, a flagship journal in the field of applied linguistics. He is co-editing this with Yunwen Su and Yaru Meng. David is a lecturer and assistant professor at the University College London’s Institute of Education Faculty of Education and Society. We celebrate David’s ongoing impact on our profession!
