Dr. Gastrid Harrigan receives the 2025 Excellence in Leadership Award!

Dr. Gastrid Harrigan is a recipient of the 2025 Excellence in Leadership Award at the 2025 S.L.I.C.E Conference by Broward Alliance of Black School Educators (BABSE). Gastrid is the Principal of Millennium 6-12 Collegiate Academy in Tamarac, Florida, as well as an Adjunct at Broward College and an Online Lead Faculty with Colorado State University-Global Campus. He is passionate about meeting students’ needs and closing the achievement gap, with a proven track record of building teachers’ capacities, increasing community and parental involvement, and improving student achievement. We celebrate Gastrid for all of his success and we look forward to his next steps in his career!
