Glenn Starnes gets #celebratED for being appointed Deputy Superintendent of Academics and Schools at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) for the DC Public Schools (DCPS)! Prior to this, he served as the Senior Deputy Chief for Social, Emotional, and Academic Development (SEAD) in DC, as a Principal with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina Schools, and as Founding Head of Schools for KIPP North Carolina Public Schools. We congratulate Glenn for his selection to this new role, and we anticipate he will have continued impact at DCPS!
