Dr. Jillian Whatley is a new School Psychologist Liaison at DeKalb County School District! She concurrently serves as Director of Professional Learning for the Center for Model Schools, an adjunct at Georgia State University, and Chief Executive Officer of Jillian Whatley and Associates. Her professional mission is to empower leaders to yield results and outcomes, while building the culture and climate of the organization. Her research focuses on implicit bias and the impact that bias has on decision making, problem solving, and expectations for the people she serves. We congratulate Jillian for all of her contributions to education and we look forward to watching her continue on her leadership journey!
