Jonathan (Johnny) Obeng gets #celebratED for starting a new position as English Second Language Teacher at Viet Italian Y Kindergarten, Thai Binh City. Hung Yen Province, in Vietnam! Previously, he served as an English Second Language Teacher at the Thai Binh Center, also in Vietnam, and for the Ghana Education Service.
