Melissa Guillén gets #celebratED as the new Director of IMPACT Alignment at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS)! This position provides strategic leadership to ensure that school leaders have the necessary tools to apply the DCPS classroom observation rubric effectively, bridging the gap between policy and successful implementation. She is also an ESEA Title III Advisory Committee Member for the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Prior to this, she was the Director of Teaching and Learning for the Maya Angelou Schools through the See Forever Foundation, and as a Resident Principal and Assistant Principal for DCPS. We celebrate Melissa for everything she has accomplished, and we look forward to her next steps in this exciting new role!
