Ryan Bell is new Student Services Manager with the Roanoke Higher Education Center!

Ryan Bell is excited to share he has accepted the role of Student Services Manager with the Roanoke Higher Education Center! Most of his career as an educator has been spent in K12 and he now looks forward to moving to higher education. Ryan is the founder of the Black Father Family initiative, in partnership with the United Way of Roanoke Valley, Virginia.
