Tabitha L. Reeves is the new Director of Special Instructional Services at Frederick County Public Schools in Winchester, Virginia! She previously served as the Program Director and the Assistant Program Director, and before that the Special Education Coordinator for the Virginia Beach City Public Schools. We look forward to her continued good work creating educational environments that empower students and teachers!
