William Kochis gets #celebratED as the new Superintendent at Chester, New Jersey School District! Previously, he served as Superintendent with the Stillwater Township Schools, a Principal at Hazel Avenue Elementary School in West Orange, and a teacher with the West Milford School District. We congratulate him in this new role as we continue to follow his impact on the lives of the staff and students he serves!
