Rudy Arellano is a new Program Analyst for the Special Populations and Programs team within the Division of Strategic Funding for School Quality at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)! Previously he has been an Education Pioneers Impact Fellow, a Latinx Educators working group member for the City Teaching Alliance, and an Education Specialist at The School of Arts and Enterprise. We are excited to continue to follow Rudy’s journey in public education!
